Engagement Filter extended to multi-select

The Gantt engagement filter has been extended to apply to multi-select where previously it only applied to single engagements. The filter button is now always available and when bookings from multiple engagements are selected, applying the filter displays rows from all resources that contain bookings (or suggestions) from any of the selected engagements.

If you filter to a single engagement, and then use the resource row select feature, note that in this scenario, this may add additional engagements to the filter, with additional associated resource rows.
